I got a fast call from the management of Keyrouz regarding the review i wrote , which surprised me how fast they followup their customers , and how they like to make sure all customers are satisfied ….

Some points were discussed and as i knew the place is undergoing improvements on their menu items and quality they are serving and improving their customer service dramatically ( which shows in how fast they contacted me )

I was sent a complimentary Plat Du Jour ( Potato Souffle ) which tasted good , it was perfectly cooked and prepared , it reached my office warm and didn’t need to re-heat it , The salad was also good since it had extra sauce aside ,

But my personal favorite of their Plat du jour is the Halloumi Chicken ! Chicken stuffed with halloum and halloum on top served with special sauce and fries !

Its worth another try again soon

I’ve been working in the area for the past 5 years and watched the service , food quality deteriorate dramatically over time !

When i was first introduced to this place i used to love their exceptional manakeesh ! , Their plates were extravagant delicious and generous ! Their menu items were all satisfying literally , even the cakes they used to do were amazing !

A while back everything changed , and the service started declining in quality , the food doesn’t taste the same anymore ! and the delivery service became a pain in the a*** (waiting between 45 to 60 minutes for your order to arrive )

They used to serve one of the best chicken cheese sandwiches ! now it arrives dry and the chicken tastes funny ! so i had to change and order it as fries and cheese but as well the fries are arriving over fried and hard to chew ! and you can’t taste the cheese anymore !

Regarding their plat du jour : They are minimizing their portions in a noticeable way ! Even the salad served with it doesn’t feed a small child anymore !

And am shocked by a thing they tend to do ! You call them to order knefe they tell you we are out of knefe , so i went down (since its 1 street away) to get something else and was shocked that the knefe tray is still intact !!

The only thing you can have and be satisfied is the english cake they have !

This place really needs to improve and go back to what it was !
