Bilbol

The newest addition to the Sodeco – Achrafieh Area , Outstanding among the outdated neighbouring cafes !
After seeing a lot of pics on facebook and posts about this place i was curious to try it but as well hesitant because i didn’t find any reviews about it , so decided to take a shot at it and rate the place and try its menu ,
We arrived at about 7 pm , and the hostess who was extra friendly and spontaneous informed us that the place is fully booked (which is a good sign normally )but she could squeeze us in a couple of chairs until the rooftop opens (@7:30) . Which happened precisely as she said ! We were accompanied at 7:30 to the upper floor where we were seated and waited upon .
First lets describe the place to be fair with the extraordinary design and structure :Before entering you can clearly see a HUGE cage which apparently has the “BilBOL” in it . Then an outer terrace which fits for a 100+ people easily , an indoor area which fits for 80 people (as the waiter told us ) and the upper deck which fits for almost around a 120 people , but the amazing thing at this place was a hanging deck that can be clearly seen throughout our march in the restaurant , they call it the “3erzel’ and its kind of a private 15 to 20 persons area which hangs separately above the restaurant in a spectacular way ,
The place is Air conditioned inside in a good way , outside you have fans all over the place , and what was clear to us were the power outlets that were spread everywhere if you want to charge your phone or anything (almost every table has 2 power outlets near it )
We ordered some of the appetizers and a main course to try their food , the waiter was a pro and polite (extra polite) and the order was timed precisely and arrived hot as if it came now out of the oven .
We tried their Hummus , Their Oat Chicken gluten free , Their Rkakat cheese (tasted heavenly ) , and the baby chicken (tasted like nothing from this world )
The prices are average to high , some menu items are Really cheap others are a bit higher ( gluten free items ), Sheesha is for 18000 + ras jdid :)
As an overall experience i would strongly recommend it and its my new favorite location in the area ! Hopefully it stays like that later on knowing that its newly opened now and they need to impress everyone which they clearly did in a more than perfect way !
