Well this place has a special place in my heart , first time i came here it was a special occasion and from that moment on its kept for special ones ... And to add to my love to this place we were contacted by the marketing team at centrale for a visit to try some of the new items , Thanking Ms Eliane for the generous and professional tour / invitation ...

We arrived at 8 sharp (they open at 8) and i didnt want to miss a single moment at this place since its just too good to be true ! we were left the choice between a couple of tables since it is fully booked ..

Well enough with the sugary talk now lets get to the important part the food ! We were first left the choice for an Apéritif before our menus were given to us and chose what we want , 

Appetizers :

King Crab Salad : Tender juicy crab pieces in a cylindrical shape to perfection ! AMAZING ! 

Smoked Salmon with Blinis : Am not usually a fan of salmon but had to try it since it was delicious to look at until i tasted it and fell in love ! Smoked in the most perfect way ! 

French fries with a side of bearnaise sauce : never expected this combination to be that good ! set it aside to cool down a bit and taste it ! 

Main Courses:

Pan Seared Turbot with Herbes de provence : This is the only item that i had a comment on since the dressing and seasoning is all stuck on the scale of the fish and if you are placing two pieces on top of each other you lose the flavor on the lower piece :( since the top piece was a perfect 10 ! 

Breaded White Veal Escalope : Thin , Breaded , with a pinch of lemon juice !! shall i say more ?! a bite worth a thousand words ! 

Desserts : 

-Red Fruits Tarte : The only thing after having a bite to say was "call this dessert heaven" 

-Chocolate tarte : Well if ure a fan of fudgy chocolate (warm) u'll love it , not the traditional chocolate tarte but still worth trying ! 

-Profiterole : I would pass , not my favorite though the chocolate dip is to die for ! 

Verdict : 

This Place is definitely worth trying if you would like to set your standards real high ! Professionalism at its best !

How can anyone describe a place which is perfect from the entrance till u leave in just a small paragraph!

From the way you are greeted you know this place is special.. I visited the place for a special occasion.. We were accompanied to our table and asked for the drinks before handing us the menu to choose from

 

We ordered a couple of plates and an appetizer .. The food took around 15 min to arrive and when it did we knew why.. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked . well done and still juicy not dry .. The potatoes aside tasted like heaven!!

 

The linguine with pesto was out of this world not overcooked not under cooked but perfect

The cote de boeuf was amazing . thinly cut .. Rocket leaves and some greens on top with perfect balsamic addition

We ended that with the cherry on top .. Their special chocolate moo . i cant find words to describe how good it was .. U have to taste it to know what am talking about

This place is a must try and honestly i don't know why i didn't do it till now! 

Worth every single penny÷!
