Well am no expert in Peruvian cuisine , but from what i tasted if it was
genuine Peruvian then it was perfect !
We reserved a table by the window , and it was ready when we arrived ,
First you are greeted by the staff who is willing to help from the moment you
step in ,
A small bowl of peanuts is served as you sit , with a strange tasting sweet
item , after asking about it , its African bananas fried with sugar !! Tasted
perfectly and had to order another portion !
The FOOD
- Appetizers :
Authentic Peruvian Causas (eel) : Tender from the outside , juicy on the inside
, amazing taste and flavor that leaves you wondering whats inside ! (the
teriyaki sauce is a killer in it )
Traditional Crab Tacos : Crazy california dressing (crab/mayo) in a sweet and
salty cone , with vinaigrette creamy sauce ! (PERFECT)
The Main Course
Peruvian Lomo Saltado : Tender beef strips that literally fall apart when
holding with a fork , on a side of rice and fries drowning in a special sauce
with shiitake mushrooms , peppers , spring onions and cherry tomatoes ! well
this was the best thing ever ! my favorite item on the menu !
Boneless Spring Chicken : Garlic lemon sauce served with a side salad and honey mustard sauce , Marinated boneless chicken ! the chicken was perfectly cooked from the outside , but i would prefer if it was a bit more juicy and seasoned on the inside (was Bit Dry)
The Verdict :
As an overall experience , it was pleasant and smooth , nothing bothered me ,Staff are professional and attentive , soft music to soothe the ambience , relaxing light and seating ... Worth giving it a shot
