Bar Tartine - Hazmieh Backyard

We tried this newest branch of bar tartine last weekend for a late lunch ( 5'ish PM 0

Arriving hungry since it was a late lunch we took about 2 minutes to choose a spot where the sun wasn't shining :P since their umbrella had a defective malfunction and couldn't be moved or opened . so they offered us a seat in the back area of the place , and from the moment we sat i felt we will be forgotten , but to my good luck it took them less time than my achrafieh branch's visit to notice us :D ONLY 10 minutesto get our menus delivered , (though they gave us the seat ) so yeah it happens ...

Anywho , lets get to the food part and forget about the "organizational" details .,

My experience can be summed up as a "Salty" one and ull know why below

The Appetizers :

-Spinach & Artichoke dip : Am usually addicted to this appetizer since am a fan of cheese and spinach at the same time ! but this time it was salty in an unbearable way !

-Ricotta Croquettes : who doesn't love breaded parmesan and ricotta ? well no body ! but again this plate was salty as hell ! tried the marinara sauce aside to see if the problem was in it but nope it was the cheese again !


After that and after having one hell of a salty experience i lost half my tasting buds and had to survive with 50 % can u imagine :P

anyway ,

For the main platter :

- Chicken quinoa : Tender chicken strips ( 1 or 2 , lost count because of the plenty amount of it ) , laying on a bed of quinoa .. well i would order it again since it tasted well , but some quinoa seeds were a bit chewy and hard .

-The classic beef burger : It was amazing , the bun was soft as they promised , the meat was perfectly cooked , and the ingredients inside were fresh and  tasty , the only disaster was with the side order of coleslaw , well the slaw was bitter, and tasted old ! (m7amda 3al lebnene )


as a verdict , i have no words to add for the above review ... hoping for a better experience ...

N.B: the above was an invitation for an incident that looks almost the same we faced in ABC achrafieh branch ! .
