Tsu-Shi / Achrafieh

A Renovation to what was not so good place , with a new design , new staff and a professional manager always present to give his comments and instructions ! 

Being in the middle of the achrafieh area this place has to set the standard high for what he is serving regarding the fierce competition just around the corner ! 

We kicked the night of with some welcome drinks ...

And then started the carnival of flavors pouring its goodies into our tummies ! 

Appetizers :

-Warm edamame : Salted well , warm , fresh ! 

-Vegetable Spring Rolls :Amazing just the way they are ! 

-Green & Cheese Salad : the best thing ive tasted my entire life ! Crunchy cheese balls laying o a bed of greens ! 

-Crunchy Salmon Salad : Salmon Cubes , crunchy on the outside tender on the inside ! 

-Shrimp Noodles : Was amazed by the amount of shrimp in it ! and didnt expect it to be this good honestly ! 

Main Course : 

-Crazy Chef Set : Every piece has its own unique flavor ! wasn't disappointed at all with any piece ! 

Dessert : 

-Nutella Straberry Maki

-Banana Nutella Maki

-Tempura Banana 

TO me the desserts were the least favorite . and can be improved

As an overall experience the place is a must try and will definitely visit again real soon ! Perfect food , perfect location , affordable prices for the quality they are serving !
