Charlotte - Mar Mkhayel

FIrst of all i would like to thank Zomato for the voucher to visit charlotte and try part of their menu ,,,

Well the thing is am writing this review with only a 2.5 rating is that i value hygiene issues the most when it comes to food , well we arrived at 7:15 on a wednesday night , we were the only people there so the place was empty and we were left to choose between 4 tables inside and 2 outside  that weren't reserved , well one of the tables outside had a coffee cup on it but no one sitting and the other one was too small so we chose the table inside ,,,,, When we sat the table was dirty and had food crumbs all over it and oily at one point , but no one paid attention to that and the fork and knife we're placed over them without the waiter even looking for those points until i pointed out that the table needs cleaning .... so a wet cloth was used to clean it with no drying afterwards ...and again the fork and knife were placed over the wet table .....And as one of the photos attached shows , the salt shaker had a weird smudge all over it and was staring at me through out the night ! 

But that doesn;t matter i mean its just hygiene right :P 

Anyway now to the food part : 

We ordered 2 appetizers , 2 main dishes and 1 side order as follows : 

- Bresaola Bruschetta : It was amazing to be honest , a bit dry and can have more dressing to soften the bread at least a bit , but it was good ! 

-Fraicheur Crevettes Avocats : Well u have to search for the shrimps in it , but once u find them they taste good , the mango and avocado were a bit dull in taste and over powered by the yogurt dressing . but the presentation of the dish is good

-Truffle fries : You can't go wrong with that .... they were good and with a bit of Parmesan cheese on top 

-Rigatoni Bolognese : Well the first bite is always good but the after taste is what matters , it needs a bit of salt and seasoning , a bit dry and could have some more dressing , the meat was chunky at some parts and chewy ... 

-Club  poulet :  Well this was my favorite part :D though the portion of the Club sandwich itslef is minimal and for minions it tasted amazing , perfectly balanced taste with no comments at all ! And it comes with hell lot of fries 

Verdict : 

-Hygiene : 1/5 

-Music : 3/5

-Food Presentation: 3.5/5

-Food Taste : 3/5

-Staff attentiveness : 2/5

-Venue : 4/5

-Prices : 2/5 (Nothing new on the menu that i haven't tasted before but here its at a higher price )
