Crepaway / Hamra - New Menu

Everybody who knows me are aware how much i love crepaway and prefer it to other franchises for several reasons , but honestly a while back i've started noticing that they are becoming more and more like those places , caring for the income instead of caring for customer satisfaction /portion sizes / food quality / variety / consistency !

I had an incident a while back with one of the branches so the customer support called me and appologized and as a compensation they said an amount of points equal to 40,000 LBP were added to your loyalty card (the good card) to go try the new menu items .... so we decided to give it a shot last night ( Feb 14th) , yes we chose valentines day to have the new crepaway menu !! thats how much we love-d it .... Below is how it all went ....

We ordered the Spin N Artichoke , Buffalo wings (old menu) , Blues Chicken Burger , and the Honey Chick ( old menu)


The Spin N Artichoke - A disappointment in a pot ! FIrst of all who would serve only 3 small pieces or bread with 3 tortilla shaped and sized bread along a pot of artichoke and cheese melted order ?!
WALAW ! Seriously ! and then comes the taste , overcooked POT , burnt from the oven on the sides , underseasoned !

The Blues Burger , honestly i didn't taste anything new about it , the only addition would be the Chips that is used in the salsalada menu item ,and the new cheese used couldn't be tasted as well !
as for the fries that accompany the plate , ok here is the comment i gave about 12 times before , portions of side orders are becoming smaller and smaller so this time in order to trick our vision they placed the fries inside a small bowl :) but i had the curiousity to know how much fries they have there and spread them next to the burger , and to my surprise (not) the portion was even smaller than before !

Now the real surprise was when we ordered the check , as i said in the beginning of my review , the customer care dept. called me and informed me that an amount of 40,000 were added to the card so i said why not lets pay half the bill with the good card , and VOILA the waiter comes back and said sorry sir but your card only has 5500 LBP in it :)

I gave my comments to the manager on duty and he was really understanding and nice and promised to get the comments to the management hoping this happens , i remain loyal to crepaway but am sorry to say it is not my no 1 go to place any more .... other options are being looked for ,.....
