We had the chance and pleasure to meat Mr Charbel who told us about the history of the place and the history of the sushi and steak cuisine which most people have a wrong stereotypical approach to ! and was even nice enough to have dinner with us !

The place from the moment you enter captures your senses ! yes all of your senses  ! you are welcomed by a cherry blossom tree and a katana sword ! a huge bar in the middle of the place . wooden floors and ceiling to give it an extra authentic look  !

Food there is an experience that you are willing and have to take the chance to indulge in ! its more than just having a meal and leaving ! and each dish has an amazing story behind it !


-Raunchy Mushroom : Sexy lookin portobello mushrooms floating around in delicious miso herb dressing !

-Luscious Veal: The star of my night ! luscious as the name reveals ! yes its an orgasm for your culinary senses ! tender meat , juicy coriander sauce to marinate it on spot .... My heart just skipped a beat remembering how it smells and tastes !

-Virgin Cake : An experience by itself , you can taste each layer gradually with every bite !


The place is definitely a must try ! the science behind the food served is just amazing and genius !
