Meats & Bread - Gemmayze

You know the place deserves a full rating when you wake up and write a review at 8 am still thinking about the previous night's dining experience !! Am gonna try to be fair and subjective as much as i can because to me now am in an affair with their menu items ! excuse the R-Rated review below (if found) 

The venue is located on the main street of gemmayze , you open the door and you'r welcomed by a sign that says "RUN PIG RUN" !!! a small waiting couch rerpresenting an old cars hood , a fireplace on the right side for authenticity , and a huge sharing table in the middle ! (i loved the sharing space concept ! ) , and if you're more of an antisocial person you can sit on the sides ...

An open kitchen kind of place with live grilling infront of you , a huge smoke (their Pride) in the middle and the most amazing staff/chefs/food artists ! 

We were invited for a dining experience , arrived and the place was packed (we knew why after the first bite ! ), The menu's weren't printed yet so our server was the menu ( even if you're not hungry you'll have to eat from his friendliness , He goes under the name of FADI )

We got our selves some heavenly items to try , foodgasm with every bite .

-Wings : Char-grilled wings , seasoned to perfection , with a bit of greens on top , the wings were thick and juicy , and tastier than most women .... 

-The Brisket : bheba , ya khaye bhebba ! What happened between me and this burger stays between me and her ! point a la ligne , che ! tender cuts of brisket in a soft luscious bun served with crispy golden paprika flavored fries ! .. shall i go on erotically ?! naa enough try it for yourself ! 

-The What the Fuck Burger : Juicy thick meat , medium well cooked , dripping flavors  , served with crunchy golden regular fries ! 

-Unnamed Item ( i couldn''t memorize the name :P) : Soft home made recipe for the bun , with brisket inside and a carnival of veggies laying on top ! this was the cherry on top , this was the item that caused erotic shivers down my spine ! 

Every burger is served in a bun that goes on with the flavors ! and fries to match what's inside ! 

Local beer , local cakes and local soft drinks ! a great way to encourage local products ! And from what i've  learned they went through a lot to PERFECT the bread recipe , in association with a local baker to do their own bread ! 

The place is a must , a must , a must , ..... A new favorite place in town !
