Bab Sharki Le Jardin

After getting lost in the streets of Achrafieh for almost half an hour since the map tajes you to a totally different place, we reached this literally hidden gem in the middle of the urban Achrafieh area!! 

Well the restaurant is located in a residential building literally in its backyard which is weird at first but then it will grow on you and ull like it

You are welcomed in a decent way and left to choose a table that suits our taste and comfort

After settling down we were greeted with "ahla w sahla" shots which is a great gesture

Then the food massacre began, get ready to hear names of plates for the first time 

-tabboule : can't go wrong with that, and the portion is enough for 2 people

-7arra2 osba3o: lentil seasoned with crumbs of baked/fried dough served cold and tastes amazing for a person that doesn't like lentil in general 

-sambousik:the cheese combination inside gives it an amazing taste that you only get when having these at yoir grandma

-kobani :worth a try

-kebbeh sajieh:grilled kebbe with a strong meat taste and juicy flavor.. Yummm

-potatoes with herbs:loved the fact that they eliminated the potatoe cubes stereotype and replaced it with seasoned wedges! 

-kabab orfali:its hot.. Literally.. Grilled kabab skewers with amazing seasoning and spiciness.. Served in a hot bowl covered with bread

The place is worth trying.. Its just out of the usual and with amazing service
