Leila Min Lebnen - Zaytouna Bay

Finally a place for shisha in zaytuna :D and food of course.. Well since you are limited to a couple of places when it comes to lebanese food in the zaytuna bay, leila is a great option, since u are nt obliged to go with the set menu and can order as much as u wish.,which is a plus.. 

Well enough with that blab and lets get down to business and talk food!! 

We went there for lunch with no reservation because they told is we can wait for a couple of minutes and get a table, and in fact it was a 10 min wait and were seated in a place we chose.. 

We started off with a shisha where u can clearly see once ordering that its price was changed from 16500 to 21000 by using a sticky note on the menu(well badon ytal3o ajar el zaytuna bel neheye) and it was good.. 

And then the food started pouring in 

Appetizers :

-fattoush:i thought we ordered a green salad since it had no cucumbers and not tomatoes and was all green leaves and Roca... 

-quinoa taboule was perfect and rich jn quinoa seeds

-hummus :u cant go wrong with that

-r2a2at :fried and crispy with no oil stains.. Thats good

-batata 7arra:i love that it had green kezbara.. And an abundance of it.. 

-sejo2 b banadoura:minimal quantity.. But tastes good

-chicken 3ethmaliye: well its their signature appetizer since they opened and its perfect.. 

-lahm b ajeen b debs el remmen: tasty and fresh.. Though they are small but really good just the way they are


Main courses :

- chicken light :it was really good but the side potatoes were a bit undercooked 

-tawook platter :it was good

As an overall experience id love if the place remains consistent and doesn't change the good service and food they serve..
