Bent El Sultan - Verdun

..A place with great potential ! 

Finally a place in verdun to break the stereotype of typical cafes/restaurants , a place with amazing service , decent food and affordable prices ! 

From the welcoming to the order taking , to how the order is served and feedback required from each table .... this makes the place a GO-TO location ..

The menu has an amazing SULTAN twist , new menu items , new presentation , new tastes you never thought would adhere together ! 

We started off with 2 shishas and the shisha guy was more than friendly which left a good first impression ,

Then we weren't so hungry but had to try some of the menu items (in the end badna njarreb el jame3a :P)

- Olive and herb salad : Full of greens , black and green seedless olives , Pomegranate , Walnuts , and fennel ... well it was beyond expectation and amazingly juicy and tasty ! full of flavors (Recommended )

-Basil Potato  : Honestly i expected it to be crushed with basil :( , its boiled potato with a leaf of basil on top , not that special but tastes good , the twist is the fried garlic cloves on top ! they taste special 

-Hummus : Huge portion of home-made like hummus laying on a bed of olive oil .. Perfect the way it is 

-El Sultan Pie : Fresh spinnach , greek butter , hot dough & CHEESE ... can it get any better ?! you'll have to try it to know what am talkin about ! SPECTACULARRRRRRRR !! 

-Andalusian potato : Huge cubes of spicy marinated fried potato , juicy and not so dry , full of flavors ! 

After we were done eating we were presented with a complimentary dessert which was amazing as well , BAKLAWA With ICe Cream ! a definite must try as well 

Verdict :

-The place is really clean and hygienically it deserves a 5/5

-Waiters are attentive to every small detail

-Prices average to low compared to the neighboring Venues

-Comfortable seating 

-friendly staff

-Great food 

-Good for large groups 

-Underground Valet service
